ENOSIS is a contemporary Asklipiio: a live ritual where art, medicine, and neuroscience converge. Led by Christos Sach & Napoleon Mitsis (ULT- Unifying Life Technologies) with Lydia Venieri, the work engages audiences through multisensory protocols to guide them into states of trust, calm, and connection. Physiological anchors are drawn from EEG and ECG research on oxytocin, vagal tone, and collective coherence.
When the heart becomes the mirror
This September we presented the first ENOSIS exhibition at Mykonos Biennale 2025 - “9: The Amphibian.” In its final station, the Heart Mirror emerged as a living interface between physiology and light. Through heart rate sensors, participants’ pulses were translated into vibration and sound. When heart coherence was achieved - the alignment of rhythm, breath, and feeling - the mirror began to resonate, and cymatic patterns formed upon the water’s surface. A glimpse into how consciousness shapes reality.
